Luther Village on the Park

Luther Village is situated in Uptown Waterloo, and is a 5 minute walk to shops, entertainment, a recreation complex and most notably, Waterloo Park. They are a vibrant community of people who are committed to the well-being of their residents and each other.

Luther Village wanted to add new life to their marketing materials by refreshing their branding, and creating new outreach strategies for potential residents. Insignia was able to update their look while ensuring that brand consistency was maintained between the old and the new.
